The luxury retreat, which is set on its own expansive stretch of private white-sand beach almost one kilometre long, features stylish accommodation options including 600 exquisite rooms including 10 ultra-luxury villas and 13 swimming pools, 10 restaurants, and several bars. The hotel is home to 10 dining outlets, with four à la carte and six open buffet restaurants. The hotel’s f&b team uses local produce where possible, choosing rich fruit and vegetables from the fertile fields of the Mediterranean. The hotel’s à la carte restaurants include Pascarella, serving Italian fare, Indian restaurant Saphore, 7/24 serving international cuisine, Yamas serving Greek cuisine, and Asian Restaurant, with its own teppanyaki grill, Hasir an authentic Turkish restaurant serving food inspired by traditional Ottoman cuisine, and steak restaurant Beef Grill Club for standout cuts of meat. Beef Grill Club, Pascarella, and Hasir are all outlets of the popular German restaurants under the Aygün Group of Companies. The hotel also has its own onsite patisserie for those guests with a sweet tooth and who want to start the day with a still hot from the oven, freshly baked pastry.
